Gabriele ha fotografato la Milano del film, io le persone. Quella famiglia istantanea ed effimera che si crea sul set di un film. La star, la regista, gli elettricisti, la produzione, i costumisti, truccatori, direttori della fotografia, di produzione, scenografi, macchinisti ed assistenti vari. Era un bel gruppo, devo dire: belle facce e una bella atmosfera sul set.
Qui sotto un estratto di pagine dal libro: a colori, gli ambienti e i paesaggi fotografati da Basilico,(con a lato piccoli "frames" dal film) mentre miei sono gli scatti in bianco e nero dal backstage e i ritratti su fondo bianco.
